FAQs
Coaching is typically 'progressive': focusing on the present and future to help you achieve certain goals to get you to where you want to go. Psychotherapy, on the other hand, is typically: 'regressive', dealing with past experiences, in tandem with how this plays out in the present moment. Psychotherapy often focuses on improving emotional well-being and mental health, while coaching aims to enhance personal success and goal attainment.
Coaching programs typically range from 4-6 months, depending on your goals and needs, and takes place over the course of 6 sessions total.
Not at all! Part of the coaching process involves helping you clarify what you want to achieve and to gain a clear understanding of where you want to go. We'll work together to identify what you want to achieve and create a clear path forward.
Coaching is ideal if you're ready to make positive changes, want to achieve specific goals, and are committed to taking action. If you're feeling stuck or want to unlock your potential, coaching can help.
